Rental Fuel Charges – You replace what you use. Top off tank upon return, pay price at pump. $1000 credit card security deposit is required. Valid Drivers License and Credit Card is required. When using a Debit Card for security deposit, your card will be charged and refunded upon return of boat rental. Although the waters are generally calm and shallow, it’s important to keep these boating safety tips in mind:

• Always wear a personal flotation device or life jacket when piloting or riding in your rental boat.
• Before departing, check the weather report and tides so you know what kind of seas to expect.
• Watch out for the white and red flags that mean there’s a “diver down” in the water beneath the markers, and keep at least 100 feet away from them. The waters off Key West are full of snorkelers almost any time of year.
• Be alert to the presence of other boats and personal watercraft. Like you, there may be tourists in the water who are there to have fun and may not be paying attention to what’s going on around them.
• Obey all boating and water safety regulations and posted speed limits (ask your tour operator about this when you rent your boat).
• Keep a cell phone or VHF marine radio with you. In case of emergency, you can simply dial 911 from your phone or hail the U.S. Coast Guard on channel 16 on your radio.

What to Bring

Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.

Required – Florida Boaters Safety: Florida Law requires everyone born after Jan 1, 1988 to take a boaters safety test to drive a boat. Each driver must present a passed boaters safety test prior to departure. Tests can be taken online, click here.
