Average water temperatures range from a low of 67° F (21° C) in January to a high of 87° F (31° C) in July and August. Want to chart your own course! Rental Fuel Charges – You replace what you use. Top off tank upon return, pay price at pump. $1000 credit card security deposit is required. Valid Drivers License and Credit Card is required. When using a Debit Card for security deposit, your card will be charged and refunded upon return of boat rental. Although the waters are generally calm and shallow, it’s important to keep these boating safety tips in mind:

Always wear a personal flotation device or life jacket when piloting or riding in your rental boat.
Before departing, check the weather report and tides so you know what kind of seas to expect.
Watch out for the white and red flags that mean there’s a “diver down” in the water beneath the markers, and keep at least 100 feet away from them. The waters off Key West are full of snorkelers almost any time of year.
Be alert to the presence of other boats and personal watercraft. Like you, there may be tourists in the water who are there to have fun and may not be paying attention to what’s going on around them.
Obey all boating and water safety regulations and posted speed limits (ask your tour operator about this when you rent your boat).
Keep a cell phone or VHF marine radio with you. In case of emergency, you can simply dial 911 from your phone or hail the U.S. Coast Guard on channel 16 on your radio.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy If your plans change, you must cancel your reservation at least 24 hours prior to departure time or your credit card will be charged the full price of the tour. Please call 888-667-4386 to reschedule. If your tour operator cancels for any reason, including weather, you will receive a full deposit refund. All cancellations be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time to receive a full refund. Any cancellations made same day or with less than 24-hour notice for tickets purchased or held will be charged in full and are nonrefundable. TRIPS BOOKED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE SCHEDULED DEPARTURE TIME ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Must have boating experience to rent.
You must be at least 25 years of age to rent a boat. If you were born in or after 1988, you must have Boater’s safety license.
You can obtain one at check-in by taking a boater’s safety test for $3 (cash only) or visiting www.boatus.org/onlinecourse/Florida.asp.
No towing allowed.
Boat Rentals must stay within 7 miles of Key West. All boats must stay in the Atlantic Ocean.
