• It is your responsibility to make sure you are aware of and understand all restrictions pertaining to this tour before booking online or over the phone.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that you are medically qualified and within any limits listed below in order to participate in this activity.
• No refunds will be given to those who reserve a spot and can not participate due to the restrictions listed below. For more information please read our cancellation policy and terms and conditions page or call our staff with any questions regarding your ability to participate.
• Must be medically fit
• Present valid government ID at check in
• Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure
• This trip is not recommended for pregnant women and children under the age of 3 years old

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours prior to your departure time for a full refund with no fee. Cancellations after the 24 hours and no-shows will not be refunded. In the event of unfavorable weather, the Captain will decide whether the trip will depart or not. If the trip is canceled due to weather, you will be rescheduled or a full refund will be issued.

Yes! We have restrooms available on board.

Yes! Your Captain will be able to determine if the fish you catch meet the legal limits.

Will you clean and fillet my fish for me?

Absolutely. Providing the fish meet federal and state regulations, your Captain will clean and fillet your catch once the boat returns to land.

A private charter consists of the Captain, his First Mate, you and your personal guests. On private charters the crew can cater to your specific desires and dreams.

• When you buy a Key West Deep Sea Fishing Charter, you get 4, 6 or 8 hours of world-class offshore fishing for yourself and up to five other anglers.
• We catch all sorts of awesome fish on our trips. Some of the most popular species are mahi mahi, tuna, grouper, sailfish, and shark. If you book a private charter with us, you have the option to choose what kind of fish you want to catch.

We supply: Ice, Bait, Tournament Rigged Tackle, Licenses

You need to bring: Food and Drinks, Sunscreen, Hat, Camera, Video Camera, Towels and Polarized Sunglasses

• Do I need to buy a fishing license?
  No. The captain’s license covers all fishing on the boat.
• What is the length of the trips offered?
  1/2 Day Trips = 4 Hours
  3/4 Day Trips = 6 Hours
  Full Day Trips = 8 Hours
• What experience level is necessary?
  From novice to expert, anglers with any level of fishing experience are welcome.
• How many anglers can fish?
  Offshore boats can accommodate up to 6 people.
• Are food and beverages included?
  No. You are responsible for your own food and beverage.
• Are alcoholic beverages allowed on board?
  Yes. Mild beverages (i.e. Beer, Wine, Wine Coolers, Ciders, Hard Lemonade) are allowed.No glass beverage bottles are permitted! All beverages must come in either cans or plastic containers.
• Is fishing gear provided?
  Yes. You’ll use the latest and best tackle on the market today. All line is changed on a regular basis. However, you are always welcome to bring your favorite rod and reel if you like.
• What kind of clothing should you bring?
  We recommend you cover up as much as the weather will allow. You may need a lightweight jacked during the winter months. Always bring a hat, sunglasses, and sunblock to protect yourself from our tropical sunshine.
• What kind of shoes should I wear?
  Any closed toe, non-black soles will be fine.
• What is the cancellation policy regarding weather?
  The trip may be canceled by captain’s consent only. This will be the day of the charter at the dock.
• Can I have a replica mount made of my fish?
  Yes. Gray Taxidermy can arrange have your trophy sent home to brag about forever.
• How much of a gratuity is considered customary?
  If you had a great trip and are happy with the service provided, 15-20% of the trip cost is appreciated.
