Parking

Anywhere in Key West, parking is somewhat of a challenge. "Old Town" is the heart of Key West, where most shops, galleries, and the Historical Seaport is located. This is where most island activities/excursions depart from. The streets have pay-by-block parking meters – these take cash, quarters, or credit/debit cards. We suggest you bike, walk, ride scooters, or take a taxi to the docks and just leave your car at your hotel accommodation. If that is not an option, the streets do have pay parking lots and metered parking spaces.

Cancellation Policy

You must cancel your reservation at least 24 hours prior to departure time or your credit card will be charged the full price of the tour. Please call 888-667-4386 to reschedule. Please note, only if the trip is canceled by the tour operator will you receive a Deposit refund. All cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time to receive a full refund. Any cancellations made same day or with less than 24-hour notice for tickets purchased or held will be charged in full and are nonrefundable. TRIPS BOOKED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE SCHEDULED DEPARTURE TIME ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
