Ticket and Boarding Information

Please arrive at the departure point at least 30 minutes prior to the departure time listed in your reservation. Early check in is required for all tours. Tours missed are non-refundable. All trips leave the dock promptly at the specified time. At check-in, you will be asked to present your credit card and a matching form of valid picture ID.

Credit Card and matching ID will be required at check-in. All guests 18 years and older must have valid government issued photo ID to board excursions. Minors must be accompanied by their actual parent.

Reservation Policy

Every guest, including young children, must have a reserved ticket to board any tour. Child rates are for ages 4 to 10. Children ages 3 and under are free (excludes Parasail).

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to the scheduled departure time to receive a full refund. Any cancellations made the same day with less than 4-hour notice for tickets purchased or held will be charged in full and are nonrefundable. TRIPS BOOKED WITHIN 4 HOURS OF THE SCHEDULED DEPARTURE TIME ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Weather & Conditions Policy

All tours will not depart in unsafe weather conditions. Should the Captain assess the weather and determine that conditions are unsafe, the tour may be postponed or cancelled. Every effort will be made to reschedule your tour during your stay. If a trip or rental is canceled by your tour operator for any reason and you cannot reschedule, you will be refunded the full amount of the tour.

Every effort will be made to run tours, as advertised. Should we have to amend or alter your tour due extraneous circumstances tickets remain non-refundable on tours taken.

Alcohol Policy

Alcohol cannot be consumed prior to participating in any activity. Guests arriving to check in with alcohol in their possession or under the influence will be restricted from entering the water, turned away or required to reschedule. Tickets are non-refundable.

Alcoholic refreshments are included on select excursions. Adults 21 years and up, with valid government issued photo ID, may consume alcoholic refreshments during the time designated by captain and/or crew.

By making an online reservation, you expressly acknowledge that: (i) We will send you e-mail(s) with such reservation and other related information and (ii) We will send you a survey so that you can evaluate your experience.

Occasionally, we will send out emails to our customers concerning special offers or providing information about new products and services we offer. In every email we send, you are given the option to remove yourself from our mailing list.

WEATHER POLICY:

Four Tours do not operate in unsafe weather conditions, but a light rain shower is not a deterrent. The Captain will assess the weather and should the Captain determine that the conditions are unsafe to run the tour, the tour may be postponed or it will be canceled. If a trip is canceled by tour operator for any reason, every effort will be made to reschedule the trip during your stay in Key West. If you are unable to reschedule, you will have the option of receiving a voucher for a future trip or receiving a full refund. Every effort will be made to run tours, as advertised. Should Fury have to amend or alter your tour due to extraneous circumstances, tickets remain non-refundable on tours taken.

REFUND POLICY:

All cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to your trip’s scheduled departure time or scheduled rental time. To place a cancellation, please call 1-888-976-0899 and refer to the confirmation number at the top of your confirmation document. Failure to place a cancellation at least 4 hours in advance will result in your credit card being charged the full amount of the reserved trip or rental. No refunds will be issued for reservations cancelled within 4 hours of departure or rental. Please note that failure to show for the reserved trip or rental without cancellation will result in no refund. If a trip is cancelled by your tour operator for any reason, every effort will be made to reschedule the trip during your stay in Key West. If you are unable to reschedule, you will have the option of receiving a voucher for a future trip or receiving a full refund.

WHAT MAKES SNORKELING THE BEST IN KEY WEST?

Key West is a very popular snorkeling destination as we are home to North America’s only living coral barrier reef. The reef is protected by Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary and is home to over 500 species of fish and an abundance or corals. Fury also supports local reef restoration efforts by donating a portion of every snorkel ticket to Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary.

WHERE WILL I BE SNORKELING?

The Captain will choose the best reef destination for snorkeling based on the marine conditions of the day. There are several possible reef locations you may visit: Sand Key, Rock Key, Eastern Dry Rocks and Western Sambo, just to name a few.

DO YOU PROVIDE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO SNORKEL?

Our experienced and CPR certified Fury crew will give you detailed instructions as you sail out to the Living Coral Reef. They will go over the best practices and safe snorkel procedures for time day at the reef.

HOW LONG IS THE BOAT RIDE TO THE REEF?

The total snorkel trip time is 3 hours. Guests will enjoy about an hour to sun and relax as we sail out to reef, approximately an hour of reef snorkeling and about another hour sail back to Key West.

WHAT FOOD AND DRINKS ARE PROVIDED & CAN WE BRING OUR OWN?

We do not provide food on this tour but you are more than welcome to bring food with you, just as long nothing is in a glass container and it fits in a small soft cooler. Water and soda are available before you snorkel and beer, wine, rum punch and champagne are available after you finish snorkeling.

DO I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO SWIM?

Yes. our crew will provide you with snorkel instruction and equipment, but you must know how to swim to participate in any snorkel adventure. We take you about 7 miles offshore of Key West and once in the ocean, there will not be a place for you to touch or stand, while snorkeling. All guests will receive flotation devices for their safety. Our crew is present to assist in an emergency, but will not be able to solely attend to one party for the duration of the trip. For those unable to swim, we suggest booking a trip aboard our Glass Bottom Boat, where you can see the reef and marine life from the comfort of the boat. Guests are also always welcome to relax and enjoy the amenities aboard our spacious catamarans, during the snorkel portion of any tour.

All participants must sign a liability waiver to participate in snorkeling and other adventures.

WHERE DOES THIS TRIP DEPART FROM?

Departure Location 241 Front Street – Located just behind Margaritaville Resort on the corner of Front St. and Greene St. in the Margaritaville Marina. Check-in booths are located on the pier.

DO YOU PROVIDE PARKING?

No, we do not provide parking at any of our check in locations, but you can use street parking, pay to park lots or parking garages.

CAN MY CHILD WHO IS UNDER 18 YEARS OLD GO ON THE TRIP BY THEMSELVES?

Tours will require the minor guest’s natural parent be present at check in to sign them in.

DO YOU HAVE LIFE JACKETS FOR ADULTS & CHILDREN?

Yes. All guests are provided with Buoyancy Compensators for snorkeling. Life jackets are onboard for everyone in case of emergency.

CAN I BRING MY PET WITH ME?

Tour allows service animals only. A service animal is any dog that has been trained to perform tasks to benefit an individual. The work performed must be directly related to the individuals disability. According the ADA service animals for emotional support, therapy, comfort or companionship are not considered service animals.

The guest requiring the service animal must be in possession of the animal at all times. Due to the nature of tour, guest and service animal may be required to remain on the boat for the entirety of the tour. This is to ensure the guest’s safety as well as that of the service animal, Key West wildlife, other guests, captain and crew.
