• Children and Adults Must be Able to Ride a Bike
• No Baby Seats
• Riders 16 Years Old and Under Must Wear a Bicycle Helmet
• Waivers Must be Signed by an Adult for Riders 17 and Under
• We Require a Minimum of 2 Hours in Advance to Book This Activity Online
• Minor guests are required to wear helmets.
• Minor’s parent must complete individual rental waivers for their minor children.

For your security, at check-in you are required to present the credit card that was used to pay for your booking and matching valid photo identification. The name listed on your credit card must be identical to the contact name listed on your booking.

Cancellation Policy

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Required: all cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to the scheduled departure time to receive a full refund. Any cancellations made same day with less than 4-hour notice for rentals/tickets purchased or held will be charged in full and are nonrefundable.

RENTALS BOOKED WITHIN 4 HOURS OF THE SCHEDULED DEPARTURE TIME ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

What hours are you open to rent a bike?

Key West Bikes is open every day from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM for bike pick up and drop off.

Can I return my bike after hours?

You can also return bikes after hours. Detailed directions and additional information will be included in your confirmation email.

Can you deliver my bikes to my hotel when I am not there?

No, renter must be present at the time of delivery to complete the rental contract.
