TERMS & CONDITIONS

Ticket and Boarding Information

Please arrive at the departure point at least 30 minutes prior to the departure time listed in your reservation. Early check in is required for all tours. Tours missed are non-refundable. All trips leave the dock promptly at the specified time. At check-in, you will be asked to present your credit card and a matching form of valid picture ID.

Credit Card and matching ID will be required at check-in. All guests 18 years and older must have valid government issued photo ID to board excursions. Minors must be accompanied by their actual parent.

Reservation Policy

Every guest, including young children, must have a reserved ticket to board any tour. Child rates are for ages 4 to 10. Children ages 3 and under are free (excludes Parasail).

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to the scheduled departure time to receive a full refund. Any cancellations made the same day with less than 4-hour notice for tickets purchased or held will be charged in full and are nonrefundable. TRIPS BOOKED WITHIN 4 HOURS OF THE SCHEDULED DEPARTURE TIME ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Weather & Conditions Policy

All tours will not depart in unsafe weather conditions. Should the Captain assess the weather and determine that conditions are unsafe, the tour may be postponed or cancelled. Every effort will be made to reschedule your tour during your stay. If a trip or rental is canceled by your tour operator for any reason and you cannot reschedule, you will be refunded the full amount of the tour.

Every effort will be made to run tours, as advertised. Should we have to amend or alter your tour due extraneous circumstances tickets remain non-refundable on tours taken.

Alcohol Policy

Alcohol cannot be consumed prior to participating in any activity. Guests arriving to check in with alcohol in their possession or under the influence will be restricted from entering the water, turned away or required to reschedule. Tickets are non-refundable.

Alcoholic refreshments are included on select excursions. Adults 21 years and up, with valid government issued photo ID, may consume alcoholic refreshments during the time designated by captain and/or crew.

Privacy Policy

By making an online reservation, you expressly acknowledge that: (i) We will send you email(s) with such reservation and other related information and (ii) We will send you a survey so that you can evaluate your experience.

Occasionally, we will send out emails to our customers concerning special offers or providing information about new products and services we offer. In every email we send, you are given the option to remove yourself from our mailing list.

The Captain will assess the weather and should the Captain determine that the conditions are unsafe to run the tour, the tour may be postponed or it will be canceled. If a trip is canceled by your tour operator for any reason, every effort will be made to reschedule the trip during your stay in Key West. If you are unable to reschedule, you will have the option of receiving a voucher for a future trip or receiving a full refund. Every effort will be made to run tours, as advertised. Should Fury have to amend or alter your tour due to extraneous circumstances, tickets remain non-refundable on tours taken.

REFUND POLICY: All cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to your trip’s scheduled departure time or scheduled rental time. To place a cancellation, please call 1-888-976-0899 and refer to the confirmation number at the top of your confirmation document. Failure to place a cancellation at least 4 hours in advance will result in your credit card being charged the full amount of the reserved trip or rental. No refunds will be issued for reservations cancelled within 4 hours of departure or rental. Please note that failure to show for the reserved trip or rental without cancellation will result in no refund. If a trip is cancelled by your tour operator for any reason, every effort will be made to reschedule the trip during your stay in Key West. “Do I need to know how to swim?”

“Yes. You will be provided snorkel instruction and equipment, but you must know how to swim to participate in any snorkel adventure. We take you about 7 miles offshore of Key West and once in the ocean, there will not be a place for you to touch or stand, while snorkeling. All guests will receive flotation devices for their safety. Our crew is present to assist you in an emergency, but will not be able to solely attend to one party for the duration of the trip. For those unable to swim, we suggest booking a trip aboard our Glass Bottom Boat, where you can see the reef and marine life from the comfort of the boat. Guests are also always welcome to relax and enjoy the amenities aboard our spacious catamarans, during the snorkel portion of any tour.”

ARE WE GUARANTEED TO SEE DOLPHINS AND DO WE SWIM WITH THEM?

We cannot guarantee that we will see dolphins each day, but we do have a 98% success rate of seeing dolphins on our dolphin watching tours. This is because the dolphins are non-migratory. They are in Key West year-round and our captains are very familiar with where to find them. No, you will not swim with the dolphins. The dolphins that we are viewing are wild. We will watch these protected dolphins in their natural habitat. Fury is a voluntary member of Dolphin SMART, so our trip promotes responsible viewing of the dolphin in their natural habitat.

IS THE SNORKELING DIFFERENT FROM THE STANDARD FURY REEF SNORKELING TRIPS?

Yes, we will take you to the backcountry in the Gulf of Mexico on this trip. You will snorkel patch coral and sponge gardens with the possibility of Spotting Stingrays, Juvenile Fish, Sea Fans, Sea Rods, Sponges, and Isolated Coral Formations.

HOW MUCH TIME DO WE GET FOR EACH ACTIVITY?

You will get to dolphin watch for approximately one hour and snorkel for approximately one hour.

WHAT EQUIPMENT IS PROVIDED?

We will provide you with a mask, snorkel and buoyancy compensator and fins for snorkeling. You are more than welcome to bring your own gear if you wish.

DO YOU PROVIDE WETSUITS?

Wetsuits are available seasonally with limited sizing (cash or credit).

WHAT WILL WE SEE ON THE TOUR?

We are very lucky that so many days here in Key West look exactly like the beautiful photos and video you see on our website & other marketing materials. However, you should be aware that all of our water adventures are outdoors and influenced by Mother Nature. Many days underwater visibility is 80+ feet and teeming with sea life; others are not. Though we hope that every day is perfect, we are not in control of the wind, waves, clouds, rain or underwater sea life. If we are aware of any concerning factors regarding conditions, we will make an announcement before your trip departs. At that time, you may elect to take the tour, reschedule or receive a refund.

IS THERE SHADE ON THE BOAT?

Yes, there is a portion of shaded seating on the boat; however, it is a very good idea to wear reef safe sunscreen and sun protective clothing.

CAN I GO ON THE TRIP AND CHOOSE NOT TO SNORKEL?

Yes. We do not require you to participate in snorkeling although the ticket price is the same for everyone.

WHAT FOOD AND DRINKS ARE PROVIDED & CAN WE BRING OUR OWN?

We do not provide food on this tour but you are more than welcome to bring food with you, just as long nothing is in a glass container and it fits in a small soft cooler. Water and soda are available before you snorkel and beer and wine are available after you finish snorkeling.

DO I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO SWIM?

All participants must sign a liability waiver to participate in snorkeling and other adventures.

CAN MY CHILD WHO IS UNDER 18 YEARS OLD GO ON A TRIP BY THEMSELVES?

Most tours will require the minor guest’s natural parent be present at check in to sign them in.

DO YOU HAVE LIFE JACKETS FOR ADULTS & CHILDREN?

All guests are provided with Buoyancy Compensators for snorkeling. Life jackets are onboard for everyone in case of emergency.

DO YOU CHASE DOLPHINS WITH YOUR BOAT?

No, never! Fury WaterAdventures proudly practices the Dolphin SMART program developed by NOAA’s Office of National Marine Sanctuaries . The Dolphin SMART program promotes responsible stewardship of wild dolphins in coastal waterways, as well as educating and encouraging responsible observation of wild dolphins.

WHY DO DOLPHINS SEEK INTERACTION WITH BOATS?

Due to their playful nature, dolphins can often be found swimming alongside boats. Pods are attracted to the current created by our ships and enjoy interacting with it. Dolphins also enjoy using the waves created by boats to increase their swimming distance and speed. Oftentimes, a dolphin may even be spotted feeding on fish that are swept up by the waves of the boat.
