Ticket and Boarding Information

Please arrive at the departure point at least 30 minutes prior to the departure time listed in your reservation. Early check in is required for all tours. Tours missed are non-refundable.  All trips leave the dock promptly at the specified time. At check-in, you will be asked to present your credit card and a matching form of valid picture ID.

Credit Card and matching ID will be required at check-in. All guests 18 years and older must have valid government issued photo ID to board. Minors must be accompanied by their actual parent.

Reservation Policy

Every guest, including young children, must have a reserved ticket to board any tour. Child rates are for ages 4 to 10. Children ages 3 and under are free For questions regarding your reservation, please call (888) 976-0899 and refer to your confirmation number.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to the scheduled departure time to receive a full refund. Any cancellations made same day with less than 4-hour notice for tickets purchased or held will be charged in full and are nonrefundable. TRIPS BOOKED WITHIN 4 HOURS OF THE SCHEDULED DEPARTURE TIME ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Weather & Conditions Policy

Tours will not depart in unsafe weather conditions. Should the Captain assess the weather and determine that conditions are unsafe, the tour may be postponed or cancelled. Every effort will be made to reschedule your tour during your stay. If a trip or rental is canceled by your tour operator for any reason and you cannot reschedule, you will be refunded the full amount of the tour.

Every effort will be made to run tours, as advertised. Should your tour operator have to amend or alter your tour due extraneous circumstances tickets remain non-refundable on tours taken.

Alcohol Policy

You may bring a drink onboard. Please do not bring glass.

Alcoholic refreshments are included on select excursions. Adults 21 years and up, with valid government issued photo ID, may consume alcoholic refreshments during the time designated by captain and/or crew.

Privacy Policy

By making an online reservation, you expressly acknowledge that: (i) We will send you email(s) with such reservation and other related information and (ii) we will send you a survey so that you can evaluate your experience.

Occasionally, we will send out emails to our customers concerning special offers or providing information about new products and services we offer. In every email we send, you are given the option to remove yourself from our mailing list.

Good to Know

• There is one manual chair access to accommodate passengers. Crew members onboard to assist, if needed.
• There is a safe place to store electric chairs, and baby strollers at the dock.

Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to your trip’s scheduled departure time or scheduled rental time.
• To place a cancellation, please call 1-888-976-0899 and refer to the confirmation number at the top of your confirmation document.
• Failure to place a cancellation at least 4 hours in advance will result in your credit card being charged the full amount of the reserved trip or rental.
• No refunds will be issued for reservations cancelled within 4 hours of departure or rental.
• Please note that failure to show for the reserved trip or rental without cancellation will result in no refund.
• If a trip is cancelled by your tour operator for any reason, every effort will be made to reschedule the trip during your stay in Key West. If you are unable to reschedule, you will have the option of receiving a voucher for a future trip or receiving a full refund.

We are very lucky that so many days here in Key West look exactly like the beautiful photos and video you see on our website & other marketing materials. However, you should be aware that all of our water adventures are outdoors and influenced by Mother Nature. Many days underwater visibility is 80+ feet and teeming with sea life; others are not. Though we hope that every day is perfect, we are not in control of the wind, waves, clouds, rain or underwater sea life. If we are aware of any concerning factors regarding conditions, we will make an announcement before your trip departs. At that time, you may elect to take the tour, reschedule or receive a refund.

Parking Anywhere in Key West is Somewhat of a Challenge

“Old Town” is the heart of Key West, where most shops, galleries, and the Historical Seaport is located. This is where most island activities/excursions depart from. The streets have pay-by-block parking meters – these take cash, quarters, or credit/debit cards. We suggest you bike, walk, ride scooters, or take a taxi to the docks and just leave your car at your hotel accommodation. We also have a public transport system including a free circulator bus system around old town called the Duval Loop.
