Rules & Regulations

• Must show at least 15 minutes prior to start time.
• Bring valid ID at check-in.
• It is your responsibility to make sure you are aware of and understand all restrictions pertaining to this tour before booking online or over the phone.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that you are medically qualified to participate in this activity.

Cancellation Policy

• Customers will receive a full refund with 48 hours notice of cancellation.
• Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
• If cancellations are made within the 48 hour window, customers will be charged 50%.
• Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. Refer to your Reservation #.
• No-shows will be charged the full price.

Do your trips run daily?

Yes, we have multiple trips that run daily. We have an early morning, sunset, half day & a full day option. Ranging from 2 hour, 3.5 to 6 hour tours. Check our calendar for real time availability.

What will we do on our trip?

Activities can include: Paddleboarding, kayaking, snorkeling, light tackle fishing, reef + wrecks exploration, sponge & coral gardens, wildlife encounters, and private island excursions.
