Rules & Regulations

We cannot guarantee that you will see dolphins, but we do have a 98% success rate of seeing dolphins on all of our dolphin watching tours. This is because the dolphins are non-migratory.
They are in Key West year-round and our captains are very familiar with where to find them.
Suitable for the entire family.
Children 15 years old and younger must be accompanied by an adult. Children 16-18 may go on a Dolphin Watch trip unaccompanied, but only if they have a valid photo ID.
Sightings are based on dolphin behaviors and are not guaranteed.

There is a maximum of 6 guests per trip, ensuring an intimate and fun-filled adventure for all. For our guests who would like the extra shade, we have a double bimini! Plenty of shade or plenty of sun! The front is open for sunbathers. All of the boats have a head and plenty of storage available.

Cancellation Policy

Failure to cancel your reservation either by phone or in person 24 hours prior to departure time will result in your credit card being charged the full amount of the reserved trip.
Private Charters require 48 hours notice to cancel for a full refund. If the trip is canceled by the captain for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
If the captain starts to perform a trip and has to end it prematurely for any reason, you will receive a credit for the next trip. Credit can be used within a year.
Reservations made less than 24 hours before the trip departs are NON REFUNDABLE.
